UPDATE: ‘$3M Winner’ Ejected from Fontainebleau Las Vegas for Staging Pop-Up Sales Event
UPDATE: According to a Fontainebleau insider, "company policy does not permit the trespassing of customers for winning, and we can confirm this was not the case in this incident."
A since-deleted Villain Athletic Wear advertisement that Terrence Napier, who runs the TikTok account @terrencemclaren1, uploaded to his Facebook page was obtained by Casino.org.
The advertisement on the right advertised a "pop up shop" at the Fontainebleau on March 6 from 5 to 9 p.m., which is consistent with the scene depicted in the widely shared TikTok video. However, we overlooked one detail: two rectangular boxes on the bellman's cart contained pop-up clothes racks.
Strict regulations prohibit visitors from operating businesses out of their hotel rooms at strip resorts, particularly if those companies generate foot traffic for sales.
In response to this report on March 19, Napier's Facebook page wrote, "Fontainebleau Las Vegas I GOT MONEY ON MY MIND. Casino.org get yall dog on a leash "Corey Levitan." It's up, keep saying that big crap; your article is full of falsehoods and misinformation. However, I like the promo hoe. I'm going to the Hard Rock Casino to play this 600k.
EARLIER: After allegedly winning too much money, a visitor to Fontainebleau Las Vegas uploaded a video purporting to show the user being kicked out of his room.
The TikTok user @terrencemclaren1 uploaded a video on March 15 with the text overlay, "Won $3,000,000.000 @Fontainebleau Las Vegas and they kicked my blk azz out."
A man is seen in the video speaking to two people who appear to be Fontainebleau security officers as they arrive at his room.
The action then shifts to the valet, where two more security officers join the first two to see a bellman carrying the man's bag to his car.

The video had received 583K views by Wednesday afternoon, and numerous other social media platforms had shared it.
“That’s how they treat winners in Las Vegas?” asked X user @culturalliteral1, who gained 121K views by reposting the video.
This version, which was published on Instagram by a user going by the name Algin Oliver Jr., attracted additional views by pretending to be a CBS news story by superimposing the network's iconic eye logo over the video.
What Actually Took Place?
It would be interesting to find out why this individual was reportedly expelled from the Fontainebleau. However, inquiries from Casino.org requesting comment were not immediately answered by the Fontainebleau.
However, this account is misunderstood, and it is not vital to know why he was expelled. This is due to:
- A $3 million win is also a jackpot for any casino’s marketing department. It proves the “big win” is possible, which draws in more players. And it’s usually accompanied by a press release, not an ejection.
- Casinos prefer all big winners to stay longer and keep playing, as the edge always eventually favors the house.
This individual might only have been trespassed for winning if the player failed to present the necessary identification for federal tax reporting on significant prizes or if the casino's analytics indicated advantage play (such card counting or edge sorting).
However, neither of those scenarios is very realistic because neither the man nor the guards in the video mention the jackpot. In fact, the man believes he may be ordered to leave because of property damage.
“All right, I just want to make sure so I can let y’all come in and make sure the room is not messed up or anything,” he tells the guards. “But y’all is telling me to leave based on…”
The man now indicates that he wants them to complete the phrase for the video by raising his hands. "We simply don't want your services anymore, sir," responds one of the guards.
"But not for damaging property or anything, right?" the man asks the guards as he turns to face the camera.

The video seems to be a case of sour grapes—someone who is disgruntled at being ejected from a casino fabricates a tale about winning too much in order to damage the property's reputation. This view is supported by several hints:
- The TikTok post’s caption ends with: “maybe it was the clothes @Villain Athletic Wear,” suggesting that the clothing brand worn by the man may have been the reason he was tossed
- Throughout the clip, the man is seen wearing a black sweatshirt made by the Texas-based streetwear company, whose TikTok handle is prominently displayed at the bottom of the video’s text overlay.
- In the final scene, the man is shown walking with a friend who carries a white sweatshirt advertising the same company.
- The TikTok account @terrencemclaren1 has only ever posted one video. In fact, the video seems to have been the reason it was created.
When Casino.org emailed Villain Athletic Wear for comment, neither Fontainebleau responded right away.
